Do I get an account manager?

Of course! The account manager that is assigned to you will help you with the reports, what needs to be resolved if an issue arises within your internal processes in delivering customer satisfaction and management of our agents within your organization!

 

They will also be there to help with security and support. Any questions or if you need help, please do send them a query and they will be there to help you!

How can you understand our solution?

This can impact our work quality and your company’s reputation when scaling. 

In this case, if it happens to you, we have our partnered tools/packages and can help negotiate a deal for you. The base setup and automation work would be free of charge.
